GWC at Bonnaroo

Global Water Challenge was at Bonnaroo (the biggest music festival in the country) to raise awareness about water and sanitation issues. We had thousands of people come by our tent, and had 1,500 people sign a petition supporting water as a human right as defined by the United Nations. We also had 600 write hand-written letters to their Congressmen asking them to support access to clean drinking water. Several people also raced with 40 pound jerry-cans to show how hard it is for women all over the world to carry them everyday. Thank you to all our supporters!
